The Restaurant General Manager has total operational and financial responsibility of a 2 in 1 Taco Bell/KFC unit.
The Restaurant General Manager will directly perform hands on work on an ongoing basis to train employees, respond to customer service needs or otherwise role model appropriate behaviors in the restaurant. They will provide overall leadership, recognize and motivate members of the team, coach and train the team for operational excellence.
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for controlling day to day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies and developing the restaurant team. They are expected to control profit and loss by following cash control and security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports and taking appropriate action for driving positive business growth.
Previous Restaurant Management experience required. We are looking for a team player with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and a desire to succeed and build successful teams.
