We are growing and looking for talented personnel to join our team. We are looking for a passionate Account Executive who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers. Account manager responsibilities include generating revenue by developing market potential through forecasting, lead generation, qualification, and closing sales; recommending new products and services. We want an individual who will develop long-term relationships with your portfolio of customers, and connect with key business executives and stakeholders. Accounts managers will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
Account Executive Job Duties:
• Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts.
• Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements.
• Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
• Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services; developing new applications.
• Operate as the lead point of contact for all business matters specific to your customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Ensure the successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
• Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
• Recommends new products and services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.
• Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Qualifications – What you will need for this position

Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record and knowledge of IT sales. Must be comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and reports. Must be organized, analytical, creative and adaptive.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Experience in the managed services or managed hosting market a plus
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical or CPG markets a plus
Technical Qualification
• Hands-on 6+ years of customer-facing sales experience is required
• Proven track record in meeting Sales goals
• Travel is required, including possibility of overseas travel – the candidate will need to visit rfXcel customers and/or customers’ trading partners
• Excellent presentation, communication and documentation skills
• Approachable demeanor and the ability to build trust with team members
• Ability to build relationships and enhance cooperative working relationships
• Adept at conflict resolution: this job entails working with a variety of people and personalities
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment in which the requirements are not always well defined and requirements and priorities change frequently
• Strong sales background in enterprise applications, software, and services
• Bachelor’s degree
