You’re probably familiar with a typical sales job…you get a list of ‘leads’ from your manager and you spend the day cold calling until maybe you get one meeting…if you’re lucky. Or even worse, you go door to door in the blazing, hot Florida sun, talking to receptionists who are paid to keep you away from the decision makers. All to sell a product that you may not even believe in…and probably alongside a team of cut-throat sales reps.
At Enthusem, you will be on the phone with decision makers who have already experienced our software so NO COLD CALLING.
Gatekeepers will let you through to the decision maker because they are expecting your call. Our management team believes so much in our product that they use it exclusively to drive every single lead that comes through our door. Our team genuinely roots for each other and helps out wherever needed. At Prospect Smarter, our mission is to disrupt the sales world…knock it on its heels and get sales people SELLING! That’s the world our sales reps and our clients live in every day. We do this through a combination of old school techniques and new school technology. …and we do it all with a wall to wall view of Tampa Bay. Training is provided and our office environment consists of a diverse group of individuals that support and motivate each other. The position is COMMISSION ONLY with a recoverable draw, NO CAPS and a “work hard, play hard” mindset.
-Motivated, team player with excellent people skills
-General knowledge of the role marketing plays in the business world to understand how our approach is different and why it is effective.
-Self-Starter attitude and can work efficiently and independently
-Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to rapidly succeed
-Telephone sales experience
-1+ years of experience in B2B sales or equivalent knowledge of the industry
-Strong negotiation, organizational and presentation skills
-Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience
