Job Description

PartnerMD, a membership medical practice specializing in primary care and executive health, has an employment opportunity for a Membership Sales Executive. This sales position is responsible for developing and executing a plan for identifying prospects, selling memberships, and reaching and surpassing monthly sales quotas.


·        Sell PartnerMD Memberships and Executive Physical services

o   Daily calls/emails to potential members to develop relationships that generate membership sales

o   Schedule and perform tours of the practice

o   Present information about the company throughout the sales process

o   Overcome objections

o   Follow up with prospective members to close the sale

o   Maintain a prospect database

o   Work with the sales team locally and with PartnerMD’s corporate offices to effect impactful sales strategies

o   Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas

·        New business development

o   Prospect and identify opportunities to maximize the number of opportunities the company has using inside sales, existing relationships, and referrals from new and existing customers

o   Participate in internal and external marketing and networking activities to acquire new leads


·             Experience selling services, generating revenue, and meeting/exceeding sales quota targets is preferred

·             Experience with prospecting, networking, relationship building, and database management is preferred

·             Ability to prospect via phone and face-to-face contacts

·             Must exhibit professionalism at all times

·             Excellent listening and verbal communication skills

·             Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills; must be outgoing, friendly, and motivational

·             Ability to take initiative and ownership of job duties

·             Salesforce experience is preferred


The position will report to the Regional Director of Business Development with significant contact and involvement with other members of the management and administrative team and with the general public.  The work will be based at PartnerMD’s office in McLean, VA, with travel required in the local area.  As PartnerMD grows, this job will likely be demanding and require work beyond the normal 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. business hours. A candidate must be a non-smoker. All offers are contingent on the satisfactory results of a drug screening and a background check for criminal, credit and Department of Motor Vehicle history.
