What does a Sales Representative look like? You are the foundation of our sales team. You are persuasive! You are the type of salesperson who could sell a two-wheeled bicycle to a unicyclist. You are a super communicator and can successfully build rapport, relating to all kinds of people all over the world!

DAILY EXECUTION EXCELLENCE:
Deliver a positive experience for client prospects and existing clients by building long-lasting sustainable relationships.
Expertly qualify every client prospect to identify their specific needs.
Educate business owners on how our products can help their business based on their specific needs.
Respond to questions and effectively anticipate objections.
Maintain an organized system for exceptional follow-up.
Consistently exceed sales goals, while meeting Quality Control requirements.
Meet & exceed high standards and goals to challenge the existing sales reps in the department (others superstars).
Build rapport with new clients to establish unbreakable relationship connections as their Account Manager. (It’s your job, to ensure your clients love you so much they would never want to leave).
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)1 year sales experience preferred
Computer literate – must be able to learn quickly on how to navigate within our CRM platforms and be proficient with Microsoft Office and Google apps.
Ability to type 40-60 WPM
Love being on the phone! Heavy phone usage required.
Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required).Must possess a productive team player attitude — Sales superstars will often need to collaborate and facilitate deals with more experienced team leads and management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
Efficiency and organization are a must when you are dealing with hundreds of opportunities at a time!
