Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Providing production support for semiconductor wafer processing in the EPI area;
  • Improving process capability, defect reduction and throughput for high volume manufacturing using statistical tools, DOE techniques, data driven decision making and systematic problem solving skills;
  • Identifying and executing projects for EPI performance improvement;
  • Supporting new EPI product development and production.

Education: 4-year degree required; Physics, Material Science or related engineering disciplines preferred.

Required Skills:
  • 3+ years of development engineering experience;
  • Experience in wafer fab processing equipment such as FTIR, Four Point Probe, SRP, and Hg Probe;
  • Self-motivated, solution seeker who drives those solutions through to completion;
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
