Job Description
Senior Director, Outcomes Research & Analytics

NEWLY CREATED role will work in close collaboration with the QUALITY team. Oversee all advanced analytic methodologies and processes involving program evaluation and predictive modeling, including evaluation studies, stratification and segmentation. Direct the design, development and deployment of new methods of analyzing claims, eligibility and program data.

· Provide information to internal and external clients that can be used to measure productivity, program efficacy and program design and pricing
· Develop outcomes reporting portfolios, including report and component definitions; business rules, product alignment, relation to other reporting assets, and delivery
· Design program evaluation studies using available analytic modeling tools and methodologies
· Oversee, perform, and publish research studies relevant to the products and services offered by the company or in alignment with industry trends
· Identify advanced tools, and direct the acquisition and application, including reporting methodologies, predictive modeling and statistical analyses to improve quality and/or market position
· Provide support and guidance on product development efforts and RFP requests
· Maintain appropriate accreditation for all areas of oversight
· Review and approve all annual reports

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Statistics, Actuarial Science or related field.
-Master's degree preferred. 8+ years of combined statistical analysis, medical management and research experience (in a similar role as described above)
- Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff.

-License/Certification: Methods Evaluation Process (MEP) Certification preferred.
