Qualified candidates must be able to independently manage the complete operations of the full service kitchen, including but not limited to, the direct supervision of all kitchen staff, the preparation all menu food items, maintaining inventory and all other necessary kitchen processes and procedures. Sous Chef must be knowledgeable/skilled in cooking food from any and all stations of the kitchen line and must be able to lead kitchen staff during times of peak operation. Sous Chef must be available to work full time and be available for all kitchen shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Sous Chef reports to and works under the direction of the Chef. Salary is commensurate with relevant experience.

Company Description
Small/Mid-Size restaurant/bar located on the North Shore (Pittsburgh). Open seven days per week.
