Responsibilities

Secondary Responsibilities (to whatever degree your experience allows): -Promote our client's online initiatives and web properties across the gamut of online media--primarily utilizing the leading social media platforms, Facebook advertising and search marketing. -Collaborate in social media accounts and engaging with online audiences, both reactively and proactively, to promote the account on social channels such as blogs, message boards, social networks, search engines, video upload hubs, media buys, etc. -Collaborate in establishing editorial calendar of social media posts and responses, as well as deliver timely outreach as needed to maintain vibrant, topical and fresh interactions. -Attend industry events -Ensure compliance with Facebook's regulations and adherence to the high standards Facebook expects of its PDCs. -Attend internal brainstorms to give social media perspective/strategy -Assist account managers with planning/execution of social promotions -Research/author social media marketing-themed white papers -Create ROI and performance reports for social media clients and internal decision-making. -Develop sales proposal capabilities and be able to participate in selling your ideas to clients. -Participate in the development of integrated marketing plans and analyze results for effectiveness. -Suggest new and alternative ways to leverage social media activities. Primary Qualifications: -Advanced knowledge of SEO and paid search marketing platforms -Demonstrated experience managing Google Adwords campaigns and Bing Advertising -Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of organic SEO best practices, including both on-site and off-site SEO -Familiarity with 3rd party tools, reporting and performance tracking across all platforms -Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of the Facebook Advertising Platform -In-depth familiarity with FB's targeting Capabilities is especially important -Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics -Conversion tracking, Goals, Funnels etc. -Basic HTML -Extreme attention to detail -Strong writing skills -Advanced familiarity of Microsoft Office, browser plug-ins, third party analytics tools, reputation management tools, and sentiment-monitoring platforms. -Superior communication skills -Be comfortable in managing and handling internal and external communications with grace and ease. -Be able to represent your department in client meetings and conference calls. -Excellent project management skills -Industry and Competitive Knowledge

Requirements

Primary Responsibilities: -SEO / SEM -Defining keyword strategies for a portfolio of clients across a broad range of industries -Overseeing website content creation consistent with keyword strategy -Devising and overseeing execution of external link-building strategies for the portfolio -Leveraging and strategizing opportunities for off-site SEO to build PageRank -Utilizing analytics, analysis and intelligence tools to monitor performance of each site in the portfolio, identify improvement opportunities, and develop action plans -Analyzing web site visit, conversions, and other operational metrics to identify, quantify, and prioritize user experience and merchandising improvement opportunities -Providing performance reports and opportunity analysis -Facebook Ad Campaign Management Secondary Qualifications (Bonus Points) -Advanced knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, FourSquare and LinkedIn -Including their evolving policies and their developmental capabilities and limitations -Knowledge of mobile and tablet technologies across Android and iOS -Familiarity with emerging platforms like Tumblr, Quora, Google+ -Intermediate Photoshop skills
