Duration: 6-18 Month Contract

This role will serve as a stress testing engineer on the Lending Stress/Performance/Load Test Team. This would include writing stress and performance test plans, creating and executing stress and performance test scripts, and leading the testing activities.
Detailed Test Planning and Execution:
Analyzes highly complex business and technical requirements, designs, and translates into stress tests. Identify and secure resources necessary to conduct automated testing that focuses on all phases of test execution and planning. These resources will build confidence within the business that the processes and system will meet and/or enhance their business performance.
*Create and manage stress testing schedule utilizing an integrated testing plan.
*Create and execute stress testing scenarios and automated test scripts.
*Communicate changes/impacts to the testing schedule throughout the project life cycle.
*Ensure cross-team understanding and alignment for automation activities that may contain cross team impacts.
*Ensure defects identified during the stress testing processes are logged, tracked and managed in order to trace the work with the delivery teams and technical development teams to fix and re-test.
*Must provide clarity around the solutions so participants can clearly communicate back to the peer groups/teams.
- Continual evaluation and recommendation for testing process improvements and tool set enhancements.
- Coordination and communication of issue resolution across both technology and business teams.
-Research new products and industry methodologies and facilitate development of new concepts, techniques, and standards - Formal and informal status reporting to project team and various levels of management.
-Must have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in coding with LoadRunner/PerformanceCenter.
-Must have minimum of 7 years’ experience with test execution in HP LoadRunner/Performance Center.
