The warehouse associates are directly responsible for the accurate completion of customer order requests and the loading of same product on to deliver trucks or customers vehicles.
Maintain high accuracy in picking orders to assure customer satisfaction, have attention to detail, be process oriented.
Receive incoming inventory and place product in proper bin location(s).
Associates will assist in receiving late incoming product and customer product returns.
Restock bins when empty or near empty.
Generate customer Bill of Lading documents from the accounting system to ensure customer orders are prepared for delivery.
Attach appropriate Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) to proper shipping documents.
Maintain cleanliness of warehouse.
Picking “will call” orders for customers.
Assist in kitting of bulk products as trained and directed by supervisor.
Report any unsafe work conditions to immediate supervisor so timely corrective action can be taken.
Assist in the safe maintenance of exterior surroundings due to inclement weather; snow shoveling, salting of parking lot, etc.
Prepare packages to be sent via third party shipper: Digital Shipper (Fedex, UPS, etc)
Have proficient computer skills; use of Sx Enterprise, WMS, barcoding, Excel, Word, Outlook
Assist in the day to day operations of the bulk fluid product distribution.
Safely operate all bulk fluid transfer equipment such as meters and pumps.
Fulfill kit productions as needed.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Understand and follow all company safety policies.
Responsible for loading and unloading of Rowleys tank trucks.
Unload incoming tankers/rail cars.
Tote filling, and loading of combo trucks.
Lifting 80 pounds routinely throughout assigned work schedule.
Ability to be on feet for assigned work schedule.
Work in cold and warm conditions
Roll 55 gallon drum onto skids.
Use of powered fork trucks and pallet jacks to facilitate loading of trucks and putting product away.
- Will need to have or obtain current fork lift license (will be trained on site).
Must adhere to company uniform policy which includes assigned pants, shirt and hat.
