DescriptionHK Corp is a creative production company based in Paris
and Los Angeles. HK is a privileged partner or Artists,
labels, and brands.
Being the French leader on the music video market, HK
produces commercials as well and links artists & brands
HK Corp’s work has been awarded in major festivals and
contests in France and U.S.A: Grammy’s Award, MTV
Music Award, Victoire de la Musique, NRJ Music Award.
ResponsibilitiesParticipates in discussions involving film music related areas
Assists with any/all preparations required for out of country travels
Assist in drafting press releases on Marketing/PR end
Provides support to the publicity department and assistants as necessary
Helps with filing/maintaining library of video directors
Help review submissions of work from video directors
Performs administrative duties as assigned
Manage company data
Oversee that the physical and digital organization of the company
RequirementsMust live in the Los Angeles area
French speaking is a plus
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Currently enrolled in coursework at an accredited college/university
Must be willing to sign Non Disclosure Agreement
Must have own computer and tools to complete daily tasks
Must have a car and valid driver’s license
Must be able to commit to the chosen schedule (i.e. Monday/Wednesday/Friday 10am-4pm OR Tuesday/Thursday 10am-4pm)
Typing and PC skills required.
Microsoft Word, Excel and Evernote experience preferred.
Must have a strong interest in production or marketing and working in that environment.
Knowledge of file set-up, maintenance and filing procedures.
Knowledge of basic math, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and English usage.
Knowledge of report, letter, etc. format.
Must be able to juggle multiple tasks and manage /prioritize projects.
Must have the ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as work independently.
Must have the ability to maintain a professional demeanor, especially when dealing with talent &/or executives.
Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully.
Must be able to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions.
Must be able to organize and schedule work effectively.
Must be able to work well under time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
