We are a full scale production house, offering equipment rentals, crewing capability, editing services, insert stage, and office space rentals. We are currently looking for technically savvy interns to work in our office. You must be interested in learning about professional gear and the day-to-day operations of a rental house. You will learn about the functionality of video production equipment including cameras, lighting, and audio. You will be taught to identify and test out the gear, providing hands-on experience. You will also go out on runs, becoming familiar with NYC. Students enrolled in a college/university are preferred, as this is an unpaid internship, but academic credit is available.
Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm and the duration of the internship is a college semester or 3-4 months. You must be able to work independently or with a team, and have excellent organizational skills. If interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply with your cover letter and resume. Responsibilities- Check in-and-out video equipment.
- Test out video equipment to ensure it's functioning properly.
- Go on runs to pick up/return video equipment.
- Other runs as necessary.
Requirements- Must live in or near the NYC area.
- Interest in the technical side of the broadcast media industry is a must.
- Enrollment in a college/university is preferred.
