Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
Help to develop our PR Booking Agent process; write our HARO ( queries to enlist the best contributor’s response; review contributor queries from by following the process we develop; review and edit the queries; reach out to contributors; post the queries; notify the virtual assistant of the queries posted; follow up with the contributors with their article links and next steps; schedule interviews with Julie Braun to see if they are right for our radio show, The Price of Business - Bloomberg News Radio. You do not need to be an expert, but rather have a thirst for learning and growing as a Public Relations Booking Agent.


A commitment of 10 hours a week for 20 weeks, totaling to 200 hours for completion.


This is a learning environment, we don't expect you to know everything! Applicants with prior educational and/or work experience in PR are preferred, but WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON who is enthusiastic, dedicated, and willing to learn. Candidate must show an interest in all aspects of the media and be comfortable having conversations with anyone. Being able to listen is just as important as being able to speak.

Skills and abilities: Knowledge of public relations principles, excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfort and proficiency with technology, including email, the Internet, and learning user-friendly software; organized, adaptable to changes in projects and priorities; able to multi-task and work independently; reliable, punctual, and able to attend Skype meetings once or twice a week (we will work with your schedule).

Equipment: Internet connection, your own computer, Skype, and phone.
