About Love Publicity Interns
A Love Publicity intern is creative, hard working, problem solvers, people person, organized, attention to details, self-starters, and innovative practitioners.
All students participating in this UNPAID internship must receive school credit for your time and hard work.
ResponsibilitiesLove Internship Duties:
Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies aimed at increasing awareness about Love Publicity and Love Publicity Clients
Assist in researching blogs, new media outlets and Media list updating through thorough research (Search editorial calendars for upcoming opportunities)
Assist in event planning and coordination. (Event Coordination consists of logistics, celebrity outreach, model casting, venue scouting, invitation distribution & RSVP management etc)
Assist with generating activity reports as well as Prepare clip reports for clients
Provide administrative support as needed
Must write a blog post about Internship experience with Love Publicity upon completion and provide image.
RequirementsLove Interns Requirements:
Must be a current student. PR/Communications/Journalism majors preferred.
Have an interest in PR, social media, events in the beauty, fashion, and hospitality industry.
Creative writer is a plus
Must be social media savvy (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Google+, YouTube, Vimeo, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc)
Must have your own laptop you can bring to/from the office with Microsoft Office Suite installed. Excel, Word & Outlook (PC) or Entourage (Mac) are a requirement.
Must have access to internet.
Must have a reliable email address
Must be able to commit 8-20 hours a week
Commit to 12-16 weeks
