We are a small Michigan real estate company that specializes in wholesaling, rehabbing, and tenant placement. We are currently seeking interns to work with to provide them real-world experience and help expand our business.

This is a virtual, paid (commission based) internship. This will entail you being able to work independently while attending weekly conference calls with us to go over your progress. In this internship, we will allow you to apply your classroom training and/or experience as well as provide you with our proven methods to ensure your success.


-Create and manage social media pages (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram)

-Develop and implement social media strategies to increase awareness about our company

-Develop a database of media contacts for potential media coverage opportunities

-Create flyers, brochures, and other press materials

-Form business relationships

-Build on current business relationships

-And other duties as needed


-Must be a graduate, a student, or a person that has a strong interest in the following majors/fields: marketing, communications, business, real estate, or related major/field

-Must be able to work 15 hours a week for 15 weeks

-Must be tech savvy

-Must possess great communication skills

-Must be punctual

-Must possess good writing skills

-Must be able to meet deadlines

-Must be able to work independently

-Social media experience strongly preferred (YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, etc)

-Customer service experience strongly preferred

-Real estate experience a plus

-Website design/development a plus
