Description

They say you should start a company that you simply want to exist yourself. So we did. This dedication means we make sure that all the little details are laboured over and that we design and create products, like our watches, of superior quality. Currently, we are growing and looking for an intern with events and PR experience.

This internship position will enhance the intern's business skills in the luxury market and allow them to be exposed to the different facets of a watch company. The intern will assist with administrative duties related to the maintenance of the office, day to day business, PR and general management.

Responsibilities

Tasks you should be able to handle include (but are not limited to):
-Help with sample trafficking and logging samples in and out of the office
- Help organize and execute launch events, cocktail parties, sample sales, etc.
-Assist placing phone calls to editors + bloggers for follow-up and to set up desk-side/office appointments
-Tracking all media placements
- Help compiling digital lists to pitch stories to online networks, blogs and social media
-Assist in organizing a weekly/monthly fashion event calendar and updating it to the company's calendar
- Help keeping an organized chart of press breaks, pending placements and goal placements in media outlets

Requirements

*We are asking for applicants to be able to commit anywhere from 4 times a week between 10:00 am -- 5:00 pm (depending on project deadlines)
