Internships at Falls Communications are designed to jump start your path to a successful career. You gain real experience by learning and doing in all aspects of public relations, while completing your education or beginning your career. Business skills training is part of the package, too. And, you'll build a portfolio of sample work. If you're ready to hit the ground and work hard, we have three internship classes each year.
ResponsibilitiesInterns at Falls assist the teams with client work, handle special projects for the agency and manage some administrative responsibilities. You gain real experience, including:
Writing in the many styles of our business, such as pitch letters, news releases and e-blasts.
Supporting media outreach, from research and list development to compiling materials and pitching journalists.
Assisting with results collection, analysis and reporting.
Conducting research projects.
Handling social media monitoring and updates.
RequirementsOur ideal candidates are college students in their junior or senior year, or recent graduates. Preferred majors include public relations, communications, journalism, marketing or another related field. Successful candidates are:
