DescriptionQCG Productions, LLC provides an excellent opportunity for a college student to gain experience while helping to expand the brand through tradition and online Public Relations and Graphic design projects. Throughout this internship, the successful candidate will report to the Director of Public Relations and will work closely with the QCG Productions team.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include creating graphic designs for flyers, brochures, branded promotional items, invitations, logos, social media outlets; developing text for social media posts; creating content for media documents; identifying branding opportunities, and pitching journalists.
You will be responsible for creating stellar promotional items that reflect the vision, mission and projects associated with the company. The successful candidate will also participate in building a promotional campaign.
To be eligible for the internship, you must be a junior or senior who is enrolled in an accredited college or university. Public Relations/Marketing, Journalism, Broadcast, Communications and Graphic Design majors are welcome to apply.A candidate who has computer access with graphic design and layout software is preferred.
Interns must exhibit: a professional demeanor and appearance; an eagerness to learn; the ability to multi-task, follow directions and take initiative. The successful candidate should be passionate about jumpstarting his or her career.Qualified candidates will be:
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite (Photoshop/InDesign), and/or Illustrator
* Detail and deadline oriented; Have strong organizational skills
* Highly motivated, critical thinker who is also a team player
* An effective communicator who has excellent writing and graphic design skills
* Proficient with social media outlets (Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
