Under supervision, this unpaid position will provide assistance in a variety of communication activities to ensure implementation of marketing and public relations plans. This is a part-time unpaid position working approximately 20-24 hours per week. Some weekend and evening hours may be required.

Possible Projects:
* Assist PR Director & Assoc. Marketing Manager with PR projects, events, requests or other needs 
* Assist Director of Sales & Marketing & Marketing Assistant on marketing projects, events, promotions, etc, where needed
* Assist with administrative areas of CDT education programs / Chan DT Musical Theatre Camp
* Participate in weekly department meeting
* Assist with coordination of radio and print advertising program
* Assist with the creating and executing social media campaigns
* Coordinate promotional appearances and events
* Help manage CDT's online presence
* Other projects as assigned


*Placing phone calls and writing emails to vendors and partners
*Working with marketing and public relations team members on a variety of tasks
*Working on projects that can be included in future portfolio(s)
*Writing, creating, posting social media campaign elements
*Coordinating details of public relations appearances and events
*Organizing materials, filing, data entry, completing other administrative tasks as assigned


* Current college Junior or Senior level student with an emphasis in Communications, 
   Public Relations, Marketing and/or Journalism
* Possess excellent writing, editing, organizational and computer skills
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task is a must
* Interest in theatre and the arts
* Preference to applicants who will receive college credit for internship


Required - Excel, MS Office Suite, Microsoft Outlook
Preferred - Adobe Photoshop
