DescriptionCreated by Nicola Formichetti, NICOPANDA began as a brand of cult apparel appearing in pop-up installations around the world, which has since transitioned to a fully-fledged fashion label with its debut SS15 collection.
Duties May Include:
•Assist with the management of a supply inventory system
•Perform research on vendors and prepare cost benefit analysis
•General office duties as required (e.g. filing, answering phones, copying, mailing, faxing).
•Special projects as assigned
•Exert organizational skills and eye for detail!
•Work successfully in a fast paced, high-energy environment
•Work in cooperation with other team members as well as independently
•Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Be highly motivated; a self-starter with the ability to multi-task
•Operate under strict deadlines and high levels of confidentiality
•Be computer and internet savvy
•Have a college degree and relevant public relations experience
• Writing press releases, fact sheets and collateral materials
• Participating in brainstorm meetings
• Assisting with event planning and logistics
• Copying, distributing, and filing clippings/placements
• Updating database/ media lists
• Coordinating mailings and daily package delivery
To apply, you must be enrolled as a full time student (minimum 9 units/credits per semester), must have verification of college enrollment or be a recent college graduate as this is an unpaid internship. Applicants must be able to work a minimum of two full days a week (9:30 AM -- 6 PM) with a full semester or 3 month commitment. Recent graduates along with applicants who are pursuing a degree in journalism, PR, communications, marketing, and fashion are encouraged to apply.
Policies and Requirements
*Minimum 2-3 days/week commitment (9:30 AM - 7 PM each day)
**Days must be approved by your Supervisor and remain consistent from week to week unless intern is willing to work additional days
*More than 4 absences in 3 month period will result in immediate dismissal.
**Your supervisor must be given AT LEAST 24-hours notice for any absences that are not the result of an emergency
*Must show proof of US working status

NICOPANDA seeks a bright, motivated individual with strong multi-tasking abilities for the internship program to start as soon as possible as an PR intern. Under the supervision and training of the managing director and office manager, the PR intern will assist with various administrative tasks and projects.
