DescriptionWe're a small marketing/branding agency, and we're looking for a few good interns to support and train under either of our PR team. We're only steps away from the sands of the California beachside, but that doesn't mean this internship is a day at the beach (well, I guess it technically is). We will challenge you, and push the limits of your creativity. The result is you'll come out of this unpaid internship with new skills, knowledge, experience, relationships and a padded portfolio/resumé that is critical for advancing your career in the marketing/PR industry.
ResponsibilitiesDon't expect to file papers, fill coffee mugs, or take out the trash here. By supporting real creative-marketing projects, PR interns will have opportunities to gain hands-on experience with creative ideation, quality control, research, campaign development, campaign execution, (a little bit of) copywriting, market research, group brainstorming, project management and more.
RequirementsWe prefer (but not require) PR interns that can...
- write well
- proofread well
- are familiar with the latest social-media networks and how they work
- research the hell out of a topic
To be eligible, you must...
- have your own laptop
- be open to learning with a humble mindset
- be fueled by relentless drive
- not be offended by edgy images, text, conversation and clients
- have a passion for the smallest details
- be in school or recently graduated
- be able to come into the Venice office
