Description

Unique and Exciting Paint Company looking for two interns with PR/Sales, marketing, organizational skills and social media experience. We have been around since 1936 over 75 years. We are one of the leaders in the industry. Recently new to the US market place.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work within Paint and Coatings Industry, PR and the events industry. 

Responsibilities

Skills required:
-Proficient with programs such as Pages, Keynote, Powerpoint and Google Documents
-Proficient with use of social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn, Instagram, Tumblr and Pinterest along with a solid understanding of use.
-Proficient using a Mac 
-Knowledge of social media management tools
-Excellent written communication skills
-Some familiarity with Photoshop, create small graphics, combine images, touch up photos etc.

BONUS: (not required)
-Has own Mac laptop/Macbook Air
-Knows how to update website on Wordpress
-Familiar with Google Analytics
-Familiar with Constant Contact to send email blasts (email marketing)
-Lives in NYC (that means Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Queens and Staten Island)
-Writing/Copy skills
-Graphic design skills
-Passion for beauty and aesthetics

Requirements

Marketing Intern's RESPONSIBILITIES will include, but not limited to:
-Reaching out to fashion events publications and giving them updates about the product and events we organize
-Making sales calls to fashion houses introducing them to our design and product development services 
-Helping to organize charts and calling clients for follow-up
-Sending and checking emails
-Creating charts in Numbers and/or Excel 
-Researching new clients 
-Attending client meeting
-Creating presentation proposals for upcoming events
