Play the role as team leader who monitors and collaborates with the other media team members in ensuring effective, branded marketing communications on website, internet, social media, print communication and advertising
Schedule and coordinate speaking engagements, appearance, photo shoots, and other special events.
Write press releases and other materials.
Create interview preparation materials and scripts.
Search for media coverage.


*Currently pursuing or have taken courses in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations and/or Journalism.
*Undergraduate/graduate majoring in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or English
*Possess skills at initiating innovative ideas, unifying team members, and judging correctly what will appeal to target audiences
*Prefer challenges that involve communication, are people-oriented, promote networking and socializing, and include roles that call for imagination.
*Mindset of an entrepreneur (innovation, self driven, etc)
*Course in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations
*Enjoys communicating and engaging people on a variety of topics
*Ability to communicate effectively in English
*Up for a challenge in a fast paced internship.
*Is interested in having your own business some day or to become and entrepreneur (would be a plus!).
*A plus if you are within 60 minutes driving distance of New Haven, CT. (For Craigslist Only)
