HIRING IMMEDIATELY FOR FULL TIME EMPLOYMENT
Team Management --
•Uses direct, hands-on approach in motivating and coaching team members to help them reach established goals.
•Recruit, hire, train and motivate a team of fundraisers and PR representatives
•Adhere to all company policies, procedures and ethics while ensuring that they are communicated to and implemented uniformly within the team.
•Use personal role modeling, desired behaviors and techniques to create a supportive team environment and to ensure a positive and memorable experience for each new donor.
•Oversee all PR field activities including training, role playing, daily meetings, supervising and motivating team members.
•Monitor and coach team members to ensure they are following proper procedures and guidelines set forth by our clients.
•Drive the execution of the program through continual leadership training, performance management and progressive improvement.
•Execute PR strategies that enable our clients to increase their footprint and donor base through face-to-face presentations
•Cultivate a positive, motivational atmosphere.
•Manage weekly targets, consistently meet or exceed goals
•Administrative tasks include: coordinating events and fundraising activities on behalf of nonprofit and Fortune 500 clients
•College degree or equivalent work experience.
•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding set performance standards.
•Ability to think strategically with strong attention to detail.
•Proven leadership abilities
•Must pass pre-employment background check
Responsibilities- Assist in developing and contributing to public relations and marketing activities
- Interact with internal departments to carry out client requirements such as scheduling advertising; monitoring account activities; and managing production activities
- Coordinate with news media as assigned, in development of appropriate news stories
- Maintain up-to-date customer and prospect records
Requirements- Excellent communication skills and the ability to inform and entertain via written, oral and visual media.
- Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods.
- An innovative self-starter with problem solving skills, creativity, ambition, and a strong work ethic.
