Always be on the alert for potentially fraudulent job postings online - never send money to a potential employer.
DescriptionOpen Mic Rochester is a recently relaunched online black magazine in Rochester, NY. We are ranked one of the most trustworthy magazines in the area and this is dependent on the hard work of our staff, which we're hoping to add to.
Our social media internship allows students pursuing public relations to learn how to apply classroom lessons to the real world. Interns have almost complete control of our social media channels and they're able to try a number of strategies to see which are most effective at growing our relationship with our audience. This is the perfect internship for a student able to work independently and learn quickly.
This is a virtual part-time internship that can grow into a job position for the right candidate. Please send your resume, cover letter, and two example tweet/Facebook (or Instagram) posts that would work on our profiles to tmanon@Openmicroc.com
