Growing Real Estate company seeking an internship to permanent candidate to assist in all aspects of our business. This is an excellent learning opportunity for someone interested in all aspects of building and managing commercial and residential buildings. The office is located conveniently in West New York, NJ easily accessible by bus or car . Schedule is flexible 10-20 hrs p/wk. Fun, young company, great environment, looking for someone that "clicks". Candidate will be working directly with managing partner and project manager. if you are not eager to learn this business, this job is not for you. Managing construction bugdet, permits, surveys and all related filing and data entry.
Communicating with vendors and tenants
Administrative duties
There will also be various feild visits to in progress job sites and occupied properties.


You must be proactive, efficient and responsible. Knowledge of Quickbooks, Excel, and all MS office programs is a MUST. We will teach you Landlord MAX, a specialized property management program. The position has aspects of accounting, filing, administrative, and sonstruction management. You must be able to follow directions and execute tasks quickly and accuratly.
