DescriptionREAL ESTATE INVESTOR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
This is an internship opportunity for you to build your own business by working directly with a real estate investor, who is an attorney. You will learn a varitey of valuable management, marketing, and investing techniques. You will be able to apply these techniques by completing hands-on projects. Step-by-step instructions will be given to you in order to complete these projects.
The intern will also be able to communicate with the owner directly (by telephone or email) with any questions, concerns, and issues that may arise during the course of the internship. You'll be taught how a real estate investing business works as well as how to build your own business.
Create your own work schedule around your existing schedule. The intern will not be given a specific schedule of when they have to work (you can make your schedule based on what is convenient for you). Work anywhere you want, or as many hours as you want. All work can be done virtually from home.
The idea of candidate for someone who can work 30 to 40 hours per week. However, there are plenty of projects that need to be completed if the intern wants to work more than 40 hours per week (the more you work, the more you will learn, and the more money you will make).
Yes internship is guaranteed to be an unbelievable learning experience for anybody wishing to be coming onto Kanora and/or start their own business. Also, the intern may have the option to continue working with the company (as an intern comment employee, or even a partner) after the conclusion of the internship, if they meet certain standards.
This opportunity is open to those seeking hands-on experience. College credit may also be available (depending the school's approval).

You will be paid by commission only. You'll receive 50% of the profits of each real estate transaction that you close (average in the US is around $3,000 to $10,000 per transaction and very depending on a number of different factors).

You will be required to network with investors using proven networking strategies,
You will need to compile and implement various marketing campaigns,
You'll need to contact and screen incoming buyer leads,
You'll need to contact and screen incoming seller leads,
You'll need to research new markets to expand into.

He in turn will have direct access to real estate masters and learn from an attorney.You can create your own work schedule and working anytime or anywhere. You'll be compensated for your hard work. You will learn various creative management, marketing and investing tactics. You will have the option to continue working with the company after the internship is over.
