DescriptionWe are a small business. We're fun, we work hard, and we like what we do. We're fairly casual, but professional. We always give our clients our very best, with a high level of service and attention to detail.
Our office is not a particularly corporate environment - if you need glass towers, a fast food chain inside the building, and a stack of assistant managers to report to, this may not be your place to thrive.
That said, it is a professional working environment - your setup will NOT consist of a sofa, laptop, and coffee table (yes, we've been asked). You will have a real desk with ample workspace, a fast computer, dual-monitors, printer, scanner, assorted office supplies, and access to coffee, tea, snacks, and yes, the mainstay of every office - the trusty water-cooler.
This position does a little bit of it all. You will be assisting multiple people - all who are involved in both real estate and property management therefore you will be required to do a multitude of different tasks. If you aren’t an exceptional multitasker and team player person then this isn’t for you. Potential for permanent employment is possible for the right person

-We really love a good cover letter. No, it doesn't have to be a novel, but at least help us get to know you a bit (quality, not quantity (or at least in addition to quantity)). We need to know that you can communicate well, and you could fit in here as a person, not just a skill set, and that you actually read this ad. We will assume you would communicate with our clients the same way you would communicate with us.
Responsibilities-Answer all incoming phone calls.
-Prepare applications for potential tenants.
-Perform credit and background screenings of potential tenant applications.
-Prepare leases for potential tenants.
-Handle all maintenance requests and coordinate vendors to resolve/service issues.
-Collect rent and input into company accounting software.
-Maintain available listings on the company website and work to maximize exposure and occupancy of the property.
-Inputting of new and editing of existing real estate listings in MLS
-Communicate with tenants and enforce their lease agreements.
-Coordinate and assist with showing available properties as needed.
Requirements-Strong computer and internet proficiency.
-Must be able to multitask.
-Strong problem solving skills.
-Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills.
-Ability to work independently.
-Attention to detail and accuracy.
-App-folio (property management software) knowledge is a MAJOR PLUS
-MLS (real estate database) knowledge is a MAJOR PLUS
