We are looking for a property manager intern to join our talented and versatile team, so that we may continue to achieve Legendary growth and results. The property manager intern will be exposed to many different aspects of property management. This includes leasing, marketing, customer service, bookkeeping and administrative duties.
We are searching for an assertive and optimistic individual who will join our team and continue to build on our success. This internship position has potential for advancement and full employment.
ResponsibilitiesThe property manager intern will work closely with the property manager to handle all daily operations of the property. Tasks that will be performed include, but are not limited to: Advertising, answering phone calls from prospective and current tenants, showing units to prospective tenants, inspections of units and the property, maintaining current records and organized files, interaction with vendors, coordination with maintenance staff to ensure efficiency and high level of resident satisfaction.
RequirementsMust be computer literate
Must have customer service experience
Must work well with others and be a team player
Must be willing to learn
Must be highly organized and able to multitask
Must have excellent analytic skills and problem solving abilities
Must be able to communicate well with residents, guests, and staff
Must have valid driver's license and insurance
