Houston - Galleria area Real Estate agent is searching for a part-time or full-time assistant. This position is flexible with your schedule. You need to be interested in a real estate career path (internship), previous expereince or have a real estate licenses.

Requirements include but are not limited to:

Manage and facilitate all communications with internal and external clients.
Communicate through multiple on-line portals
Coordinate inspections and repair bids with contractors
Process and manage utility activation
Prepare marketing materials
Implement and oversee contract to close
Maintain excellent file management
Run reports as needed on market data and market trends
Keen understanding of Real estate and market share
Daily task as needed

Prefered Qualifications:

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
High computer proficiency in MS Office, Dropbox, Internet/Cloud based websites
Expertise in MLS, TEMPO, ZipForms, CSS, etc..
Knowledgeable with all TREC and HAR forms
Effective time management skills
Must be a quick learner
