We are looking for two interns that will be available to learn all aspects of real estate, administration and clerical. Bilingual a plus; more than two languages ideal but not mandatory. We are located in the beach, great working environment in a family oriented setting. Willing to train to pursue real estate license.
Opening and Closing of real estate office. Answer telephones and take messages; distribute incoming mail; operate scanners, facsimile machines and photocopiers; create documents, spreadsheets and presentations; Provide clerical support to agents and brokers. These tasks include creating advertisements, posting photos and videos of available properties, producing brochures and fliers, planning open house events, scheduling property tours and answering questions about advertised properties. If a real estate agency uses outside vendors to produce its marketing materials, the administrative assistant may keep track of estimated shipping dates and ensure that each vendor's invoice is paid in a timely manner. On-the-job training.
Must be a college undergraduate or recent graduate. Can provide credits if your institution allows such. Knowledge in computers a plus, great customer service attitude; punctuality a must.
