Description

We are a small private real estate company that focuses on apartment building investments & property management in the Baltimore area. We are looking for a top notch intern that wants to learn all facets of managing and investing in real estate. You will assist the principals and property coordinator in daily operations in the management of properties, maintenance & resident relations. Intern responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting with marketing agendas, implementing marketing using social media, putting together mailings, maintaining property listings under management and miscellaneous bookkeeping and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Candidate will the be the "right hand person" to the Principals as each day is different.
Support will also include entry office duties such as filing, organizing, answering phones, and other basic office duties.


Requirements

Candidate must be attending a 4 year accredited college.
Driving is required for errands which will include bank deposits, supply purchases, meeting vendors, project research, etc.
Candidate needs to be optimistic, eager to learn, and willing to work flexible hours based on team needs.
Strong knowledge of computer software use and computer technology.
