• A real estate firm located in the New York City suburb of Mountainside, New Jersey
• Specializing in buying and selling foreclosure real estate
• Generate revenue through effectively refinancing “underwater” mortgages in partnership with nationally prominent trainers and a group of private investors
• Providing solutions to clients seeking to acquire real estate at discount prices in the current buyer’s market
• Mission to transform lives through affordable housing by empowering families and individuals to achieve the American dream of home ownership

• Give an opportunity for the successful applicant(s) to participate actively as a financier and real estate investor
• Study and execute a variety of real estate investing strategies including buying notes at discount, acquisition and sale or long-term rental of distressed houses and tax lien investing
• Learn and apply the elements of entrepreneurship: using resources, allocating labor, designing and implementing strategies and producing results
• Explore an “alternative” career as an entrepreneur with its potential for personal freedom and financial independence, in contrast to continuing an energy-draining, time-consuming and often frustrating job searching in a tough and unreceptive economy
• Discover how economic theory, practical necessity, and human psychology combine in the sales process

COMPENSATION: This volunteer program offers an internship focusing on real estate and finance with a focus on entrepreneurship. As soon as the trainee has learned enough to begin doing transactions, he will have an opportunity to participate in financial incentive bonuses commensurate with the revenue generated by his results. During the training period, the apprentice has the option of free room and board.

PREREQUISITES: We will consider students from a variety of majors, but we are looking for evidence of character traits including self-discipline, persistence, and an eagerness to accept responsibility. The applicant needs the ability to:
• Live in integrity by doing what you say and producing effective results
• Align with our entrepreneurial mission
• Be sociable and have the capacity to cultivate relationships with diverse people in a wide array of businesses

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: We are looking for a self-disciplined and self-motivated individual(s) to participate in the operation of the business and the building of our real estate team. The apprentice will do the following:
• Serve both as a project manager with leadership responsibilities and as staff support
• Utilize state-of-the-art training software and have access to nationally-recognized experts in systematic sales and marketing techniques in the foreclosure real estate industry
• Study financing models from experienced professionals with innovative techniques. Then apply those methods, similar to an investment banker, to raise funds from private lenders to pay for real estate acquisitions
• Take initiative and assume significant responsibility at an earlier age than customarily allowed
• Create task process check lists to clarify and systematize the work we do. Our “systems” checklists serve as a guide for the next cohort of trainees—in a manner similar to the operational essence of franchises
During the training the apprentice may anticipate the following:
• Cultivate relationships with buyers, sellers, private investors and real estate professionals
• Attend real estate investor advanced-training seminars

APPLICATION PROCEDURE: Send a cover letter to summarizing the specific experiences or interests the applicant believes qualifies him to benefit from our entrepreneurial training program.
