E-Value Appraisals is a real estate development & appraisal company. We are among the top 5% of appraisal companies within the New York City area. We are seeking a part time Marketing Intern who is motivated and eager to learn about the real estate industry and equity investment projects.

We are seeking an intern with strong analytical skills and someone who is interested in a career in the real estate industry and equity investment sector. This internship is a paid internship. This is a great resume building position for the right candidate and can possibly lead to a full time position.

Responsibilities will include-but are not limited to writing commercial and residential appraisals, focusing on our new development project, marketing and advertising for the company, sending out mailings, update database and appraisal approval list with client banks, research of neighborhoods and cities, and ad-hoc research. In addition, the research intern will conduct market surveys for forecasting purposes, develop new market opportunities for the firm, and assistant the principal in day to day operations.

Working with the Principal, you will be graded and assisted in learning more of the appraisals side of Real Estate.
