Are you looking for an exciting internship working for an entrepreneur who is currently buying undervalued properties in and around Houston and flipping them for a profit?

Interested in working virtually, setting your own hours, and learning how to creatively invest in real estate? Are you ready to learn about foreclosures, short sales, and how to flip houses for a profit?

I'm looking for someone who is:

Self-motivation is a must because this is a remote work arrangement.
My company is a real estate investment company that buys and sells property and land all over the United States.
We are looking for an intern to help us acquire more properties and sell the ones that we need to liquidate in our portfolio, specifically in Harris and Fort Bend County.

This is an unpaid internship for college credit if desired. We will work with your school/academic advisor to help you fulfill college credit if needed but please let us know PRIOR to the beginning of your internship so that we can coordinate appropriately with your school.

However, we always bonus our employees, and if you help us find profitable deals, you are eligible to earn some type of bonus.

-Somebody watching over your shoulder every 5 minutes

Responsibilities

Here are some of the main strategies that you will be working on:

Buying & selling foreclosures
Searching for new properties for us to acquire
Buying and flipping homes & raw land
Building relationships with Realtors® and Investors
Researching probates and other sources of inventory at the Harris and Fort Bend County Courthouses.
Social networking & bookmarking for my website
Creating videos and blogging on our website

I'm also looking for someone who can:
-Research properties online
-Learn how to use Houston’s MLS (multiple listing service) system to research
properties and generate “comps” (comparable sales) and “CMAs” (competitive
market analysis)
-Create new marketing campaigns
-Research county websites
-Study systems from others and implement what you have learned
Don't worry if you don't understand how to do everything listed above: training will be provided.

Requirements

Must have at least 1 year of college completed.

Must live in or around Houston Texas

Must Have a car

Must Have a computer and Internet access
