We are a company which sells and appraises properties - We have been in the business for 29 years in Southeast Florida serving Broward, Palm Beach and Miami Dade County
We work with Investors and Banks selling and purchasing properties - We are looking for someone who can oversee and update our social media outlets, add info and upgrade our website and help with technology including coordinating our phones - adding programs like Dropbox, Taza, Join Me, etc... to our website, including apps to computers and phones and streamline our way of doing business - You will also be asked to upload documents and photos to websites and help with data processing

Responsibilities

We can discuss compensation/credit for services when we meet and we are willing to work around your school schedule - We will discuss a project that needs done and decide the amount of time to complete together
We are easy and friendly to work with - we need someone who will take an interest in the business and by doing so create a work environment where you can learn and be creative

Requirements

1 of the new hires would need to be local to Davie FL area - we are near Griffin Rd and University Dr would need to come for training and brainstorm about how you would take our company to the next level then after training you would be able to work from your home or office - We want someone who is excited about the real estate business and has fresh ideas how to get new business and can implement them

We are looking for someone who will work with us for minimum 1 year - this is not a summer job
