DescriptionYou don't need to have a desire to have a career in Real Estate for this position! The skills you will be practicing are applicable for ANY field in terms of Administration. We are willing to work with you to focus on things you want to learn so hopefully its a win-win for both sides! This may have the potential to turn into paid part time work in the future. VIRTUAL OR IN PERSON IS ACCEPTABLE. This assistant will be working with the Customer Care Manager to fulfill the administrative duties of running a successful and busy Real Estate Team. Some of these duties may include:
-Organization of client/transaction information and database management using the following programs: excel, Top Producer, Gmail contacts, etc.
-Helping Customer Care Manager in keeping track of deadlines and contingencies, addenda and forms, communication with title company, lender, and agent, etc.
-Keeping files organized- both in the office and virtually in Dropbox
-Mailings, database clean-up/management, assembling listing and buyer packets, etc.
- Updating and advancing our Office Manual and System Checklists
-Following checklists and systems.
-Track finances, transactions, and other team data via excel and other programs
-Social Media posting and potentially blog writing if interested
-Creating videos and press releases for properties
ResponsibilitiesWould prefer to have someone stay with us for a year minimum. I would prefer someone in person, but open to a Virtual Assistant. Could lead to permanent hire down the line. Looking for minimum of 5 hrs per week and preferably 10-15.
Requirements-Independent learner that can take tasks and run with them. Goes the extra mile.
-Great at organizing
-HIGH attention to detail and excels at proofreading
-Great at cleaning up contracts and other paperwork- makes sure all t’s are crossed and I’s are dotted.
-Likes things to be in order- and organizes things in a way they are track-able.
