Realty World- of The Upstate is a growing full service real estate brokerage that specializes in residential sales in Greenville, SC and surrounding areas.

Job Description:

Realty World- of The Upstate is looking for a full time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to be apart of our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate is willing to expand their skills in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in an office environment and communicating effectively with our agents, as well as clients and guests.

Responsibilities

Duties:

Greeting clients and guests, Answering the telephone & transferring calls to agents or taking messages, Scanning, printing and filing paperwork, Performing administrative duties including preparing expense reports & handling incoming mail, Keeping the office organized and running smoothly, Assisting agents with other projects as needed

Requirements

Required:
High school diploma, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, General clerical skills, Proficiency with Microsoft products including: Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint. Must be able to work independently with little supervision. Punctual and reliable attendance, Ability to learn quickly and work well with a team
