A Chinese company subsidiary, GPK Holdings, launched in the United States in 2014 with a long-term comprehensive plan to invest in income producing properties and real estate development in key markets throughout the U.S.Based in Mid-Town Manhattan, this privately held, full-service real estate investment company specializes in the development, acquisition and management of residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and mixed-use assets in the U.S. (and international locations). GPK Holdings is currently developing a $170 million mixed-use (hotel & condo) project in Manhattan.
GPK Holdings brings a global approach towards design, capitalization and product execution made possible by the flow of Chinese capital into the U.S. Driven by a favorable exchange rate, increased access to credit and a desire for secure investments, GPK Holdings has become a robust capital aggregate for Chinese investors seeking a foothold in U.S. urban cities.
While the company is growing rapidly, we are searching talents who are willing to learn all aspects of real estate investment and development. We are building up a platform aiming to attract more capital on multifamily development deals in NYC area and income-producing properties across the U.S. We will need 2 Analysts who can assist our head of acquisition to search and analyze the target properties. Bilingual language speaker is preferred. We are very friendly to international students who have a long-term career plan in the U.S. The job can start from June 1. We could consider applying H1B for an internship after graduated.

Responsibilities

1, Searching deals through multiple methods, set up deal flows
2, Help head of acquisition analysing the deal flows
3, Producing pitch books and preparing documents
3, Assist the principal to negotiate the transactions
4, attending social events to strengthen the network

Requirements

Proficient in real estate modeling by using Excel, Argus.
Major in real estate would be preferred.
Skill at making professional PPT, Adobe Softwares
Highly Self-motivated workers
