DescriptionSocal Property Management is looking for a bright, organized manager in training that can get things done and help manage 7-8 apartment properties in OC and LA.
Pay is $250 for rentals rented within 7 calendar days of prior tenant moving out and $150 for rentals rented within 20 calendar dates of tenant moving out and $100 thereafter. Stipend provided for managing units, answering calls and gas.
ResponsibilitiesNo prior experience required. Intelligent, hard working, honest and able to take calls when the come in and handle tenants repair needs.
Live in Orange County area
Have reliable car to get you to drive to 7-8 different properties in LA and OC (most properties are 4-12 unit apartments in OC)
Be able and willing to answer calls from prospective tenants from 8:00am to 5:00pm when they call.
Be polite and able to sell prospective tenants on the rental property and get they come to showing/open house.
Schedule and attend open houses.
Receive repair requests from tenants
Obtain notice from tenants moving out and plan repairs that need to be done to find new qualified tenant shortly after old tenant moves out.
Schedule repairs and make sure they are done.
Find qualified repair people to handle the repairs and upgrades needed.
Take pictures of and post ads for vacant properties.
