DescriptionHello! The CEO of our successful residential real estate renovation and development firm is looking for an executive assistant. Duties will include driving him, picking him up, running errands, taking notes, co-managing his schedule with his team, writing and responding to e-mails, posting on social media, and taking on simple projects. This position offers the possibility of being internally promoted into many different sections of the company- including social media, sales, and business development.

This is a considered a part-time position to start, requiring 4-5 hours, three times a week. We are ideally looking for someone who would be able to work M-F from 10am-4pm. Please respond to this post with your current and future availability.
