DescriptionPrestize I The Zilberberg Team is growing again and we are looking for a new intern for our office in Miami. We always give our clients our very best, with a high level of service and attention to detail. Looking for someone with great people skills and a knack for winning others over. This is a very flexible, either part-time positions, as well as custom scheduling to fit the intern preferences.

Responsibilities-Answer all incoming phone calls.
-Prepare applications for potential tenants.
-Prepare leases for potential tenants.
-Maintain available listings on the company website and work to maximize exposure and occupancy of the property.
-Inputting of new and editing of existing real estate listings in MLS
-Coordinate and assist with showing available properties as needed.
Requirements-Strong computer and internet proficiency.
-Must be able to multitask.
-Strong problem solving skills.
-Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills.
-Ability to work independently.
-Attention to detail and accuracy.
-MLS (real estate database) knowledge is a MAJOR PLUS but not a must.
