Description

Crescent Heights®, one of the nation’s leading real estate brands is looking for an intern interested in learning all aspects of the hospitality industry. For more than three decades, the people behind Crescent Heights® have been creating innovative condominiums, rental communities, office buildings and hotels in major urban and coastal cities across the nation. Our current project, Ten Thousand; A captivating 40-story luxury high-rise residential tower currently underway in Century City on Santa Monica Boulevard is looking for an intern who will assist in a wide range of real estate, customer relations, special events, and assisting leasing office.
The intern who fills this position should expect to learn the field from top to bottom. It's essential that applicants to this position have excellent communication skills, demonstrate creativity, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and clients
Screen phone calls
Print production/Email/Social Media
Compile contact lists
Create or update databases
Assist with lease co ordination
Lease review

Requirements

Students applying for this internship must have strong communication skills and should be majoring in Business, Hospitality or Communications. Applicants should also have strong writing skills, as well as a solid understanding of social media. Only intern’s proficient with Microsoft Office applications should apply. This job often requires standing or walking for extended periods of time, bending, reaching, or lifting.
