Description

Based in Chicago, this internship position is with the oldest and best known brokerage firms in the country, working with a seasoned real estate professional. The assistant position will involve research, scheduling appointments, handling client calls, developing relationships, customer service, direct marketing, researching properties and generally assisting the Broker in day to day tasks. While unpaid, college credit and a commission incentive is offered.

Responsibilities

The assistant position will involve research, scheduling appointments, direct mailing and generally assisting the Broker in day to day tasks. The position will require office time 3 days a week - hours are flexible. College credit is offered and the Broker will offer a commission incentive for every lead that you assist in bringing in that turns into a sale.

Requirements

Must be based in Chicago or neighboring suburb. A real estate license is preferred but not required. Seeking Conscientious individual with good moral character and work ethic, ability to be discreet and handle confidential information. Good research skills, an interest in business and real estate is preferred and diligence and autonomy with the tasks is required. College credit is offered.
