We are seeking to enhance our team with new to the business (NTB) commercial real estate brokers or salespeople who are tenacious self-starters, self-motivated to succeed, and able to build and maintain relationships. This position requires a strong sales acumen and/or entrepreneurial track record or the ability to quickly build those skills. New brokers/agents will learn how to evaluate, market and sell investment real estate properties and to assist landlords and tenants in sourcing and leasing out space.

If you have what it takes to build a business making a market for commercial real estate, we will give you the training, tools and support you need to succeed. We will give you the industry’s most comprehensive online training program that prepares you to start talking to commercial real estate owners and tenants. We also give you an intensive in-person Boot Camp, led by experienced commercial real estate brokers, to take your skills to the next level. Finally, when you’re actively practicing in the field, you’ll have a mentor to guide you through transactions as you use our industry-leading and award-winning cloud-based technology platform to stay productive from anywhere, on any device.

You need a desire to succeed and you need sales experience – or the ability to develop the necessary skills. You also need to be willing to do challenging – but exciting – work, especially during the first year. What you don’t need is experience as a real estate broker.


Primary Job Functions:
˗ Provide research on potential and existing clients and the competitive landscape
˗ Manage and follow up on digital marketing campaigns
˗ Assist in identifying potential business opportunities
˗ Monitor news and developments relating to or impacting key clients/prospects
˗ Prepare periodic reports on screening, tracking and monitoring clients and prospects
˗ Learn to complete an analysis of commercial properties
˗ Collect and analyse market data on rent and sale transactions
˗ Create and manage monthly newsletter for tenants
˗ Assist brokers in the creation and distribution of marketing materials
˗ Plan and implement social media/marketing strategies and campaigns
˗ Help with building events
˗ Learn about investment properties



Virginia Real Estate license. We will offer the required course prior to the internship. Intern will need to complete the required course and state examination prior to the internship.
