Description

The CEO of our successful residential real estate renovation and development firm is looking for an executive assistant. This individual must have a bubbly personality, open and comfortable having conversations with new business professionals and have great communication skills! Duties will include running errands, attending meetings and taking notes, co-managing his schedule with his team, writing and responding to e-mails, posting on social media, and taking on simple projects. You might be attending events (21+), communicating and creating a network of business professionals to further develop Dahan Properties.

This position offers the possibility of being internally promoted into many different sections of the company- including social media, sales, and business development.

This is a considered a part-time position to start, requiring 4-5 hours, three times a week. We are ideally looking for someone who would be able to work M-F from 10am-4pm. Please respond to this post with your current and future availability.

Responsibilities

Managing schedules, research, running errands, taking notes, writing and responding to e-mails, social media posts, and taking on simple projects.
