Description

We are a mortgage law firm filing lawsuits against major mortgage lenders for homeowners behind on their payments and needing assistance with attaining a new mortgage loan.

Position: Assistant Loan Processor:
-You will assist and LEARN the skill of a loan processor.

A loan processor has the following qualities:
-Comprehension of HAMP and In-House Modification Programs
-Ability to underwrite the file creatively to fit HAMP, In-House, and other Modification guidelines
-Appeal denials successfully
-Remove Sale Dates from files
-Communicate with borrowers in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism
-Contact each borrower in a timely manner to introduce yourself and go over the process and items needed for loan file
-Knowledge on reading and understanding tax returns, mortgage statements, etc.
-Understand both CA and Federal rules regulations, policies and/or procedures along with investor guidelines

Responsibilities

-Assist the Loan Processor in everything she does (see qualities of a loan processor above);
-Contact each client for updates and get information from them;
-Assist in contacting the bank for updates and negotiation;
-Open, read, comprehend important mails from the banks;
-Update client files on communications from the bank.
