Description

Assist Content Strategist/Marketing Coordinator with helping Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Carolina Sun to create and implement an ever-changing media relations campaign through external communications and social media operations. This position is also responsible for creating Original SEO friendly Digital Content as well as property specific marketing materials to build and maintain our brand through unparalleled quality and uniformity.
WHAT:
• Develop & manage all advertising, marketing, public relations, social media and online efforts. -
• Establish our brand’s identity and actively protect our brand’s integrity.
• Grow digital media presence and create methods to engage clients in online dialogue.
• Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and blogs.
• Define requirements, tasks, and resources associated to SEO strategy, and then implement that strategy.
• Monitor all analytics from past events, granting BHHS the ingenuity that it needs to seamlessly shift its marketing dollars/time allowing for better efficiency.
• Create product & company videos for digital recruiting.
• Manage our company presence online as well as on the ground in the community.
• Help drive sales through Lead Generation, Social Media & Email Marketing.
• Supports staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and relevant updates.
• Provide updates and scheduling of relevant events including webinars, industry based initiatives as well as all scheduled local events.
• Maintain & grow Customer Database by building productive & trusting relationships with customers.
• Implement product and listing services and launches, collaborating with agents while helping them with any logistical needs they may have.
• Lead in the design and execution of events hosted in our unique space, bringing leads to agents and growing our brand’s influence locally.

The Content Strategist/Marketing Coordinator’s core mission is to establish this identity, by creating original content that competitors are not creating, engaging past, current, and prospective clients in ways that competitors are not engaging, and offering sales staff an edge that competitors do not have. The role of this position goes beyond taking photos and posting Facebook statuses; it must make BHHS new, different, and organically worthwhile in the public eye.

Unique methods of contact and outreach coupled with a constant eye on shifts in our company’s progress allow the Content Strategist/Marketing Coordinator to both attract new business from previously untapped areas and bring comfort to current clients that their time and resources are being spent in the right place. The position sells property by selling the city of Charleston.

Requirements

- Familiarity with social media outlets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative writing background preferred
