Description

By effectively buying large quantities of discounted real estate through in-house brokerage and diverse channels of acquisition sources such as REOs, Short Sales, Mortgage Notes, Off-Market, and Wholesale channels, and rehabbing/remodeling them and maximizing the After-Repair-Value, we are able to deliver the highest yield to our private equity clientele, ranging from smaller investors to larger institutions and brokers.

The role would be to learn and be mentored by #1 investment advisor team and capital allocators Mr. Alfredo Urango and also would receive a letter of recommendation and mentoring by Mr. R. K. Khalfani, the CEO/Founder.

Responsibilities

No specific tasks, learn a lot from shadowing the investment advisor and enjoy free coffee and food at the coolest offices in Newport Beach.

Requirements

No academic requirements necessary. Bring your passion to learn the movement of the economy from the field, whether it be raising capital from investors of all walks of life, to aggressively negotiating deals on a daily basis.
